How delicious is tiramisu. I love it in all its forms and variations. Today I prepared the tiramisu pan di stelle recipe, easy, creamy, perfect as an after-meal treat on any occasion or ideal for celebrating without too much work, but with lots of indulgence. As good as the classic tiramisu we all love and know, with a hint of cocoa, given by the cookies. I used both yolks and egg whites from a bottle because they are already pasteurized and allow me to serve a good and safe dessert.
All that’s left is to roll up our sleeves and prepare the tiramisu pan di stelle together.

Steps
First, prepare the coffee and let it cool. Then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. I used egg whites and yolks from a bottle as they are already pasteurized. Then beat the yolks with the sugar.
Add the mascarpone to the yolks and mix with a hand whisk. Fold in the egg whites, mixing from bottom to top. The tiramisu cream is ready.
In a baking dish, layer the coffee-soaked pan di stelle with the mascarpone cream. Make several layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours and, before serving, dust generously with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Storage
You can keep it in the fridge for a couple of days.
