A dish that takes longer to describe than to prepare, walnut spaghetti is a rich and tasty dish. I love walnuts, among the dried fruits, for me, the tastiest and most versatile, perfect in desserts, appetizers, enriches salads, and adds a crunchy note to first and second courses. Here they are toasted with breadcrumbs to create a delicious all-vegetable first course, ready in the time it takes to cook the pasta. If you are looking for other very quick first courses to prepare, try tomato and ricotta spaghetti or pasta with sun-dried tomato and olive pesto. If you like fragrant dishes, try the lemon pesto pasta or a very creamy zucchini carbonara, or if you want to try a different flavor, the noodles with peanut butter sauce.
Let’s get to work and prepare the walnut spaghetti.

Drain the pasta a couple of minutes before the time indicated on the package and sauté it in the pan with the walnut sauce, adding a bit of cooking water and the parsley at the end.
Storage
I do not recommend storing the dressed spaghetti.
