Ingredients for making the yogurt and chocolate bundt cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 + 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 + 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 7 oz greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 oz chocolate chips

Steps for making the yogurt and chocolate bundt cake

  • In a bowl, break the eggs. Beat them with the electric mixer while adding the sugar. Still using the mixer, add the melted butter that has cooled down. Incorporate the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, all sifted. Also, add the yogurt.

  • Finish with the salt and mix well. Lightly flour the chocolate chips (to prevent them from sinking into the batter) and mix.

  • Butter the bundt pan with a diameter of 9.5 inches. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven, at 350°F, static, for 40-45 minutes. Still, perform the toothpick test. Let it cool, remove from the pan, and serve with powdered sugar.

Storage

You can store the bundt cake for two or three days under a glass dome.
