Preparation of chicken bites

  • Place the chicken bites in a marinade made of oil, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Let them sit in this seasoning for about 15 minutes.

  • In the meantime, prepare the vegetables, wash, peel, and cut them into chunks. Place them in a baking pan with a bit of oil.

  • In a pan, cook the chicken bites with a little oil and 1/4 cup of white wine. Cook for about 15 minutes.

  • Once ready, remove them from the pan and coat them in breadcrumbs enriched with various herbs and spices.

  • Place the bites in the baking pan with the vegetables, pour over the remaining breadcrumbs, mix everything to evenly distribute the coating, add a bit of oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 30 minutes at 356°F (180°C), using the grill function in the last minutes.
