Butter-free bundt cake with sugar crystals steps
I started by beating the eggs well with the sugar using an electric whisk for at least 5/6 minutes at maximum speed. Then add the sifted flour together with the baking powder, vanillin, and salt, alternating it with milk and oil, added gradually. Finally, put in the peeled and chopped pears.
Continue beating until the mixture is homogeneous. Once ready, pour it into the greased and floured bundt cake mold, finish with the sugar crystals. Bake the cake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 40/45 minutes. Let cool and serve.
