Caramel Upside-Down Apple Cake is a delicious dessert, a tasty variation of the classic version. In this case, the dessert is made upside down; caramel, apples, and the batter are placed at the bottom of the baking dish.
Baked in the oven and then flipped, this cake has a caramelized surface and a soft interior. To complete the upside-down apple cake, I add jam, which seeps into the cake, making it moist and very soft for days, in a word, wonderful.
It is very easy and quick to prepare; its secret is using a sheet of parchment paper to add all the ingredients, which will solve the problem when you flip it, resulting in a well-compact surface. Perfect for breakfast or snacks, give it a try
