  • 0.88 lbs chicken breast, cooked, in a pan (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • to taste thyme
  • to taste rosemary
  • to taste lemon thyme
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 dry white wine

Preparation of chicken slices with herbs

  • I used chicken slices, but if you can’t find them, use 2 breasts, cut them into thick slices with a sharp knife.

    In a plate, pour enough flour to cover all the slices of chicken. Once breaded, sprinkle them with a mix of salt, pepper, and aromatic herbs. I used thyme, oregano, and during cooking, I added lemon thyme and fresh rosemary.

    In a frying pan pour some Evo oil and let it heat over moderate flame. When the oil is hot, add the slices of chicken. Add white wine and the rest of the aromatic herbs little by little. Cook over moderate flame for about 10 minutes, turning the meat occasionally to avoid drying it, which could make it tough.

    Once cooked, serve on a serving plate and garnish with more aromatic herbs.
