CHOCOLATE SALAMI WITHOUT EGGS is a delightful variant of chocolate salami without eggs, a recipe especially suitable for those who are allergic or intolerant to eggs. This cream made with cookies, butter, and chocolate is very simple to prepare and is a great idea for a tasty snack, also to be served during parties. To ensure the success of the recipe, it is important to follow the step-by-step instructions and have all the ingredients. A dessert among the most classic of Italian pastries.
Almost everyone has made it at least once, suitable for a snack, or at the end of a Sunday meal, for parties, and much more. Very easy to make with few ingredients and without cooking. Today I propose a version without eggs, but with the addition of hazelnuts and almonds. Delicious!

Start by coarsely crumbling the biscuits in a bowl, chop the almonds and hazelnuts with a knife, leaving fairly large pieces, and add them to the bowl of biscuits.
Cut the chocolate into chunks, put it in a saucepan, add the butter, and melt everything in a double boiler until creamy. Be careful not to let any water splash into the container, or it will ruin everything.
Once the chocolate is melted, pour it into the bowl with the biscuits, almonds, and hazelnuts, and mix everything quickly. Pour it all onto a sheet of parchment paper, use the edges to form a long, round cylinder, like a salami. Close the ends by sealing, without eggs
