Steps for Christmas Wreath Salad
Toast the walnut halves in a large pan for about 3-5 minutes. Shake the pan often so the walnuts toast on all sides. Once ready, transfer to a bowl and let cool, then coarsely chop them.
Prepare the vinaigrette. Place vinegar in a bowl with the mustard and lemon juice, salt, and ground pepper, mix well. Slowly add the oil, whisking with a hand whisk, until the sauce is smooth, thick, and well emulsified. Adjust the seasoning.
Wash the salad and arrange the leaves in a wreath shape on a serving plate. To help you, place a round object in the center and decorate all around. Distribute the mandarin slices, halved grapes, and halved olives over the salad. Create 3 roses with the prosciutto slices and place them on the plate, add the pomegranate seeds, Grana shavings, and decorate with the toasted walnuts. Dress with the vinaigrette.
Prepare the cheese balls: Pour the cheeses into a bowl, work them well first with a whisk and then with hands to create a soft and homogeneous mixture. Moisten your hands and start creating balls about 1.18 inches wide.
When you have finished all the cheese, pour the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and crushed pistachios into three separate plates, and coat the balls in each, giving them different colors.
Now, take the plate with the salad, remove the central object, and place a cheese ball in the middle, serve and enjoy!

I made individual servings, but nothing stops you from using a large plate to be used as a centerpiece.
