Steps for Crispy Apple Cake with Chocolate and Hazelnuts

  • Let’s start by preparing the hazelnut and chocolate cream. In a bowl, mix the milk with the sugar using a hand whisk, add the starch, cocoa, and hazelnut flour, combining everything with a hand whisk. It should result in a thick but soft cream, set aside
