Preparation of crostinsiccia toast with sausage
Cut the bread and grill the slices on one side only, on a grill or plate.
Take the sausage and cut it into pieces according to the size of the bread slice, if the slice is large you can leave the sausage whole.
Spread the sausage on the grilled side of the bread slice
Place the slice on the grill with the sausage side down, let it cook, then turn it over and toast the other side as well. Here it is ready, enjoy your meal
