Easter nests of meringue and chocolate: a sweet surprise for your Easter
A delicious twist on tradition
The Easter nests of meringue and chocolate are an original dessert perfect for the Easter season. They combine the crispness of the meringue with the softness of the chocolate, creating an irresistible flavor contrast. They are a modern take on classic Easter nests, perfect for surprising your children and guests.
The pavlova is a dessert based on meringue, whipped cream, finished with fresh fruit, as you can find on my pavlova cake. For this Easter version, no fruit, but I opted for the meringue and chocolate combo, a very gourmet Easter dessert.
