Steps for easy fruit ice cream recipe

  • Start by washing and thoroughly drying the fruit, and cut it into small pieces. In this case, I used blueberries, so no need to cut them. Blend with an immersion blender until you get a smooth mixture without pieces. Strain the juice obtained using a fine-mesh strainer.

  • Pour the condensed milk and liqueur into the obtained juice, mix well, and set aside. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff. Pour the fruit mixture into the whipped cream, mix with slow movements from bottom to top, without deflating the ice cream, mix well.
