GRANDMA’S MEATBALLS

Grandma’s meatballs, who hasn’t ever made meatballs? I believe everyone knows how to make them; after all, there are infinite versions. In my case, I had some boiled beef to use up, and I love meatballs, so why not…They are really simple to prepare, but the secret to a meatball is to keep them soft and tasty after cooking. Choosing the right meat is essential; beef or pork will be tastier, and I always add a potato to the mix. The cooking time should not be too long; otherwise, they’ll dry out too much; you can also bake them or use an air fryer. Let’s see how to make grandma’s meatballs now.
