  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp red Tropea onion (chopped)
  • to taste salt

Preparation

  • Let’s start the dough, mix together the ground meat, a pinch of salt, parsley, and onion. Work the dough well with your hands; the mixture should be soft, malleable, and compact, without any lumps.

    At this point, make the hamburgers. If you don’t have a press, weigh the dough, divide it into 5 parts. Make large meatballs, flatten them and shape the sides. Add 1 teaspoon of oil on each hamburger before cooking. For a perfect cooking, heat your plate for at least 5 minutes until it’s hot, otherwise they will fall apart
