Ladybug Appetizer Steps
Let’s start by preparing the hard-boiled eggs. Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes, let them cool, and then remove the shell
Take the eggs and cut them in half, do the same with the cherry tomatoes and for the olives cut the ends of each half to create a head. Spread a little mayonnaise on the egg, place half a cherry tomato and half an olive. To create the spots, I used balsamic glaze (if you’re interested in purchasing it, click here). Serve on a plate or cutting board covered with lettuce leaves
