MINI BURGERS WITH BACON AND POTATOES

Mini burgers with bacon and potatoes, perfect to make when you have a craving for a sandwich, unique in flavor. Everything is homemade from the bread (bun), the meat, and the filling, making it healthy and genuine, one of a kind. Quick and tasty, it’s a wildcard of good cooking, I really love meat, and this is an alternative to the usual steak. Instead of potatoes, you can stick with the classic and use caramelized onions, it will still be delicious. It’s a challenge now to always create new combinations, but believe me, it’s a very pleasant search.   • 1 tbsp pecorino (grated)
  • 1 slice caciocavallo (smoked slices)
  • as needed mixed salad
  • as needed mayonnaise (with mustard)

Preparation of mini burgers with bacon and potatoes

  • Let’s start with the preparation of the mini burgers. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the egg, Grana Padano, pecorino, salt, and pepper. Knead everything together and form patties of about 1.5 oz.

    Place them on a baking tray covered with a sheet of parchment paper, press them down a little to shape into burgers, and cook for about 20 minutes at 356°F.

  • Cut the bun in half, and toast the inside on a grill to make it crispy. Take the base and spread mayonnaise on it, place the salad seasoned with oil and salt on top, add two slices of potato. Add one or two mini burgers with a slice of bacon toasted in a pan. Finish by placing the slices of caciocavallo, and before closing the bun spread mayonnaise on the top half.
