PASTA WITH BROCCOLI CREAM AND CRISPY BACON

Pasta with broccoli cream and crispy bacon, a truly tasty, healthy, and easy-to-prepare first course. Perfect when you have little time but want to eat something good. So let’s talk about today’s recipe, which I particularly love.
The chosen vegetable, broccoli, is extremely important in cancer cell prevention, thanks to sulforaphane, a substance that prevents its development. In ancient times it was even considered sacred because it was used to cure various diseases, strengthens the immune system, combats gastritis and ulcers, detoxifying, low-calorie, so perfect for diets.

It should be steamed to preserve its properties, but even boiled will be fine as long as cooking does not exceed 10/15 minutes. In the kitchen, it can be used in various ways and we propose this broccoli cream which is really delicious, used as a condiment with pasta, in this case, whole wheat linguine, with the addition of crispy bacon, which makes everything tastier
