Steps for Peach and Ginger Tart
Prepare the pastry. Work the flour with the softened butter, cut into small pieces, add the sugar, egg yolk, and the egg, one at a time, and a pinch of salt. You can prepare it by hand on a pastry board or in the mixer. Make a ball and wrap it in cling film, let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
