puff pastry pinwheels with Nutella

  • Roll out the puff pastry with the rolling pin. With a spoon, spread the Nutella on half of the pastry

  • Fold the pastry over with the help of parchment paper

  • Cut the pastry with the pastry wheel

  • Lift the strip from the parchment paper. Take the two ends and start twisting it by rotating your hands in opposite directions. Continue twisting the strip around the secured base. I’ve put the sequence in the photos

  • Roll the strip onto itself until you get this result. Decorate to your liking. Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes in a preheated static oven. When they are golden, take them out and let them cool
