Quick apple puff pastries. Super easy, delicious, and very simple to prepare, a classic homemade recipe.
I used yellow apples, sweet and juicy, but you can use others too. These treats are great for breakfast or a snack, much better than packaged snacks, certainly healthier. Plus, it’s fun to make them, and they always turn out great. My mom used to make them for us as a snack; if she was short on time, they were ready in half an hour, and we were thrilled to eat them, such nostalgia.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into rectangles, sprinkle the surface with a pinch of brown sugar, a tablespoon of jam, and finally, the overlapping apple slices, another sprinkle of sugar, bake them. As you’ve read, they are really simple to prepare, just a few minutes and you’ll have a delicious, healthy, and nutritious treat

Preparation of quick apple puff pastries
Let’s start by peeling the apples and slicing them thinly. Place them on a plate, where we’ll add sugar, a little lemon juice to prevent browning, rum for flavor, and a bit of cinnamon. Let them marinate, stirring occasionally with a spoon.
Prepare the puff pastry, unroll it, and cut it into rectangles, which we’ll place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, well spaced apart. Poke holes in the base of the pastries with a fork, leaving a border around, sprinkle with brown sugar. Add a tablespoon of jam and lay the slightly overlapping apple slices. Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated static oven at 340°F. Let cool and enjoy
