SAVORY PIE WITH POTATOES, BRIE, AND WALNUTS

SAVORY PIE WITH POTATOES, BRIE, AND WALNUTS, a super quick but very tasty recipe. I love savory pies, and they are a perfect lunch or dinner saver. Having bought a nice piece of brie, I found myself having to invent something to finish it, and what could be better than a nice savory pie? So potatoes, my constant base, pieces of brie, and a nice sprinkle of chopped walnuts, spectacular. Few ingredients but perfect together, the crunchiness of the walnuts and the softness of the brie cheese. Did you know it’s an aged cheese, so it’s also great for those with dairy issues, like me. Anyway, savory pies are a perfect fridge cleaner, a quick dinner or lunch saver, and they never disappoint you
