  • 3 potatoes (medium)
  • 5.3 oz gorgonzola
  • 5.3 oz cooked ham (thick slice)
  • 5.3 oz Swiss chard (stems)

Preparation of savory pie with potatoes, gorgonzola, and ham

  • Let’s start by boiling the potatoes in salted water, then peel them and mash them with a potato masher. Set aside.

    Unroll the puff pastry roll and line a round cake pan about 10 inches. Prick the pastry with a fork, put the mashed potatoes and level them, add the gorgonzola, the diced ham, the previously boiled chard stems, cut into pieces.

    Bake the pie in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes. The savory pie is ready, let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
