The SAVORY TART WITH CONFIT TOMATOES is an easy and quick recipe. Perfect when you’re short on time, but very tasty. Light, the base is made of ready-made puff pastry, the only ingredient is seasoned tomatoes, I find it very appetizing. In two minutes it’s ready and everyone really likes it, savory tarts should be declared a heritage of humanity, perfect for a sudden dinner or as a fridge-cleaner.
