Air fryer grilled polenta, a recipe to use homemade leftover polenta, a real delight perfect to serve with stew.
We made slices but alternatively, you can also make sticks and serve them as an appetizer when you have guests.
An original idea is to cut the polenta slices very thin and then cook them in the fryer (in this case cooking times will decrease) to obtain crunchy chips, great even sprinkled with a little paprika.

Steps for air fryer grilled polenta:
For this recipe, you need cold polenta; you can either prepare polenta, put it in a baking dish and let it cool, or buy ready-made polenta available at any supermarket in the refrigerated section.
We used polenta leftover from the POLENTA IN THE MULTICOOKER recipe, but you can also make it with the pressure cooker, with the magic cooker, or in classic version.
Cut the polenta into slices about 1/4 inch thick, then place them on the air fryer grill; we recommend not using parchment paper because polenta pieces tend to stick, making it difficult to turn them halfway through cooking.
Spray a little extra virgin olive oil on the slices.
Cook at 392°F for 15 minutes, halfway through the cooking turn the polenta slices and continue cooking. When the time is up, check that they are well browned, otherwise continue cooking for another 3/4 minutes.
