Air Fryer Roasted Chestnuts, Easy Recipe

Air fryer roasted chestnuts, an easy recipe that will win you over at the first taste, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside just like those you buy during the winter season from street vendors in historic centers.
Air fryer roasted chestnuts are ready in about 20 minutes, hot, steaming ready to be enjoyed with friends and family.
Chestnuts, in addition to being able to be cooked in many ways, are rich in nutrients beneficial to our health, they are high in minerals (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium) and vitamins, especially vitamin A, C.
They are a bit high in calories… 130 grams if boiled, 190 if roasted, 290 if dried, but they are so delicious that you can indulge every now and then.
When we find nice chestnuts, we buy more and freeze them so we have a supply for the whole winter.
