Steps for Preparing and Cooking Chicken Bites with Cornflakes in Air Fryer:
Take the chicken breast and cut it into slices not too thin, then cut each slice into pieces of about 2 1/2 inches.
On a flat plate, place the cornflakes and crumble them with your hands not too finely, in a deeper plate place the eggs, salt them, and beat them well with a fork. If you like, you can also season them with spices of your choice.
Dip the chicken pieces first in the beaten eggs and then in the crumbled cornflakes, making sure they stick well to the meat, place the prepared chicken bites on the air fryer grill (for this amount you will need to do two batches), salt them.
Close the air fryer and cook at 356°F for 8 minutes; we recommend checking the cooking after 6 minutes.
Place the chicken bites on a plate and cook the rest, serve immediately with mayonnaise and ketchup sauce.
