The coffee cream with water is a light and refreshing recipe, perfect for summer. It’s simple to prepare and doesn’t require the use of cream or milk, making it a lighter choice compared to traditional coffee cream.

This coffee cream with water is an ideal dessert for those looking for a quick and easy sweet treat, with a strong coffee flavor.

An alternative to this cream is the one with whipped cream, which is even creamier and more delicious.

coffee cream with water
  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Very cheap
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 6 People
  • Cooking methods: No cooking
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients for the coffee cream with water:

  • 0.35 oz instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup still water (very cold)
  • to taste cocoa powder (or ground coffee)

Tools for the coffee cream with water:

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Electric whisk
  • 6 Glasses

Steps for preparing the coffee cream with water:

  • In a large bowl, add the instant coffee, then slowly add the very cold water from the fridge (you can also place it in the freezer for 10 minutes before use) and start stirring with a spatula so that the instant coffee dissolves, then add the remaining water and stir well.

  • Add the granulated sugar and continue to stir, then start to whip the mixture with the electric whisk starting at the lowest speed (this way you avoid splattering the mixture), then as the cream thickens, increase the speed.

Whip for about 5 minutes until the cream is foamy and well whipped. To know when it’s perfect, fill a spoon and turn it upside down; if the cream doesn’t fall off, it means it’s whipped to the right point.

  • Serve the cream in individual glasses and decorate with cocoa powder or ground coffee (be careful, do not use instant coffee as it has a very intense flavor and is not suitable for eating without dissolving), also add a few coffee beans.

TIPS

– Consume the cream immediately after making it, it will be softer and more foamy

– Put the bowl for whipping the cream in the fridge; this way, the cream will remain even firmer

– You can replace granulated sugar with cane sugar, the color of the cream will remain darker, and the flavor more intense.
