Digestive Cumin Tea

Digestive cumin tea, a real relief especially after a hearty meal.

Cumin is particularly indicated for disorders of the intestine, stomach, and pancreas, and it aids digestion, eliminates abdominal bloating and counteracts intestinal cramps.

Excellent antibacterial and antiseptic, and if you make the same tea but without using fennel seeds, it becomes an excellent tonic for the face to combat the onset of acne and facial inflammations.

Ingredients for the digestive cumin tea:

  • 2 teacups natural water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

Tools for the digestive cumin tea:

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Strainer

Steps for preparing the tea with ground cumin:

  • In a saucepan, put two teacups of water, add the fennel seeds and the ground cumin.

Use a spoon to stir the ingredients well.

  • Place the saucepan on the stove and turn on the flame (it should be medium-low), bring the water with spices to a boil, stirring occasionally, and then when it reaches a boil, turn off the stove and let it infuse for 10 minutes.

  • After the time has passed, strain the liquid and pour it into two cups; it is recommended to drink the tea after main meals.

When straining the liquid, we recommend using a very fine-mesh strainer, and then placing either a gauze or two sheets of plain white paper towel over the strainer, this way there will be no residues, and the tea will be clear.

The taste of the tea is very pleasant and does not need to be sweetened with honey or other sweeteners.
