The secret to making the meat tender inside and crispy outside is to soak the chicken strips in egg and milk.

When frying the meat, ensure the oil is at temperature. You can do the classic test with a toothpick; if you see many bubbles forming around the tip when you dip it in the oil, the oil is ready. Alternatively, you can use a kitchen thermometer, and in this case, the optimal temperature is about 356°F.
