Tools for Frozen Chicken Sticks, Cooked in the Turbo Cuisine & Fry by Moulinex:

  • 1 multicooker
  • 1 Tongs

Steps for Cooking Frozen Chicken Bites, Cooked in the Turbo Cuisine & Fry by Moulinex:

  • The Moulinex multicooker also allows air cooking in the pot’s basket thanks to the Turbo Crisp lid, a golden cooking, without oils (you can put at most a spray of oil with the spray bottle so that the oil is nebulized on the preparation).

  • Place the frozen chicken sticks in the pot’s basket, if you like, spray a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil and place the Turbo Crisp lid on the pot, the lid should not lock into the pot but should only be placed on top, the only precaution is to align the handles of the two appliances.

  • Plug the lid into the socket (the multicooker remains off), press the button with the temperature and clock image and set 392°F and 15 minutes of cooking by pressing the + and – buttons.

When you have set cooking times and degrees, press the start button.

Halfway through cooking, press the stop button, remove the lid and turn the sticks well with silicone tongs (use silicone materials so as not to damage the basket), replace the lid and press start, this way the cooking will resume for the remaining time.

  • Alternatively, you can also use the automatic cooking mode, press the menu button, program program 3 using the + and -, and set the time to 15 minutes, then press start.

  • Remove the chicken bites from the basket, place them on a plate, salt, and serve immediately.

Preparation of Fresh Chicken Bites at Home:

Cut into pieces or sticks a chicken breast (about 1.54 lbs), in a plate put 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and a splash of milk, beat well, in another plate put some breadcrumbs. Pass the bites or chicken sticks in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs, making sure the coating adheres well.

Place the meat in the multicooker basket, in a single layer, then spray some extra virgin olive oil and place the Turbo Crisp lid, set 12 minutes at 356°F, turning them halfway through cooking. The times are indicative; if you make sticks, cook them a few minutes less than the bites, once cooked they should be nicely golden.
