Notes:
For this recipe we used steamed fennel cooked in a pressure cooker, if you don’t have one you can cook them in these two ways:
– in a steamer and cook them for about 20 minutes.
– use a pot filled with 4 fingers of water (the water should not touch the vegetables), place a stainless steel steamer basket inside, put in the fennel, and cover with the lid, cooking for about 15-20 minutes.
