  • 1 sheet round puff pastry
  • 2 oz pizza mozzarella (diced)
  • 2 oz cooked ham (diced)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp whole milk (room temperature)

  • In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk well with the milk, you may lightly salt it if desired.

    Unroll a sheet of round puff pastry and place a bowl 6-6.5 inches in diameter in the center, make 8 cuts and brush the obtained sections with some of the beaten yolk.

  • Place some mozzarella and diced cooked ham at the center of each section, then take the two edges of each section and seal them well so the filling does not leak during baking.

  • From the center of the pastry, make another 8 cuts to obtain 8 triangles, at the base put more mozzarella and ham, then bring the inner part of the triangle towards the outside.
