Instant coffee cream, an easy, actually very easy dessert to prepare, perfect for ending a meal, is made with whipping cream, instant coffee, and a little sugar.
Instant coffee cream is ready in just a few minutes, perfect to enjoy on hot summer days or to offer guests even during the colder season accompanied by some shortbread cookies.

Ingredients for instant coffee cream:
- 5 oz whipping cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp warm water or warm milk
- pinch instant coffee or unsweetened cocoa
- as needed coffee beans

Steps for preparing the coffee cream:
In a bowl, place the warm water or warm milk, add the instant coffee and stir well until the coffee is completely dissolved.
Let the preparation cool before using it (considering that the water or milk is warm, it only takes a few minutes, and the time it takes to proceed with the preparation is sufficient). For safety, just check the temperature when you add it to the cream to avoid ruining the preparation.
In a large bowl, place the very cold whipping cream from the fridge. Start whipping it with the electric whisk, when you see it start to thicken, add the granulated sugar and continue whipping until it starts to be nice and foamy and quite firm.
Finally, add the dissolved instant coffee and, still using the electric whisk, incorporate it with the other ingredients until you get a well-whipped and firm mixture.
Divide the mixture into two glasses or glass bowls, decorate with ground coffee or unsweetened cocoa and, if available, also coffee beans.
Advice:
As an alternative to dissolved instant coffee in water or milk, you can replace it with a cup of room temperature moka coffee.
