Lamb with Potatoes in Air Fryer, with Video Recipe.

Lamb with potatoes in the air fryer, a complete second course that is mostly prepared during the Easter period.

With air fryer cooking, the meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the preparation is very easy and quick.

For the preparation of this dish, we used our new Moulinex EZ5058 air fryer, 4.2 liters, perfect cooking in 30 minutes.

Ingredients for lamb with potatoes in air fryer:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1.1 lbs lamb (hindquarters)
  • 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste dried rosemary
  • to taste dried garlic
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • 1 Cutting Board

Steps for preparing and cooking lamb with potatoes in air fryer:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and then wash them well under running water, then place them in a bowl, cover with water, and let them rest until needed.

    Take the lamb, dry it well, and cut it into slices (you can also use other parts of the meat like the rack, the leg).

  • Drain the water from the bowl where the potatoes are, dry them well with a cloth and place them in a large bowl, then add the meat, salt, pepper, dried and fresh rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, and mix the ingredients well with a spoon so they are well flavored.

    Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes, then place the pieces of meat and potatoes on the grill, cook at 356°F for 30 minutes, turning the meat a couple of times, the cooking times may slightly vary based on the size of the meat pieces.

  • Once cooked, place the lamb with potatoes on individual plates and serve immediately.
