Advice:

If there’s leftover pizza, which unfortunately never happens at our house, reheat it in a pan with a lid for a few minutes, it will seem freshly made.

You can easily make the dough by hand, first in a bowl and when the dough starts to come together, transfer it to a board and work it well until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
