  • Unroll the ready-made shortcrust pastry and use a flower-shaped or round cookie cutter to cut the pastry. Re-knead the various scraps, then roll out a thin sheet like the original roll with a rolling pin and cut out more shapes. Re-knead the pastry until you use it all (we made 20 flowers, but the number may vary based on the size of your cookie cutter).

  • Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper, then place the shortcrust flowers on top. Add pistachio crumbs on top, pressing slightly with your hands to make them stick. Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes, checking for a golden color.
