Tips:

When you put the pot under pressure, do not set it to high flame as is usually done with the pressure cooker. This way you avoid the legumes potentially clogging the valve.

When the lentils are cooked, DO NOT release the steam immediately. Wait a minute so you avoid lentils clogging the valve when the steam is released.
