Stuffed peaches in an air fryer, a Piedmontese recipe that will win you over at the first taste, delicious peaches stuffed with cocoa powder, amaretti, rum, and peaches.

- 2 oz amaretti
- 1 shot rum (or maraschino)

Steps for preparing and cooking stuffed peaches:
Wash and dry the peaches (they should be slightly soft, not too ripe, and not hard), cut two in half, remove the pit, and with a sharp knife, remove part of the flesh without damaging the skin.
Place the removed peach parts in a bowl, where you will add another half peach cut into small cubes.
Mash the peaches well with a fork to form a puree.
Add the coarsely crumbled amaretti with your hands, cocoa powder, and rum or maraschino to the mashed peaches and mix well.
Place the peaches inside a silicone baking pan or a classic baking pan and fill them with the peach, amaretti, and cocoa mixture.
Put the pan inside the air fryer and cook at 329°F for 10 minutes, then at 356°F for 4 minutes.
Let the peaches cool before consuming, excellent served with a scoop of fior di latte ice cream.
