This time, instead of cooking the whole piece of PORK LOIN WITH BEER, I decided to cut it into slices and make tasty and fragrant rolls!
To prepare it, you will need just a few minutes and a few ingredients, and it will surely become your favorite second course!

Ingredients
- 24 leaves sage
- 12 slices pork loin
- 6 slices pancetta (or bacon)
- 24 slices pancetta
Tools
- 1 Air Fryer
- 8 Skewers wooden
Preparation
Place the pork loin slices on a cutting board and pound them one at a time with a meat tenderizer to make them thin.
Chop the pancetta slices with a knife. If you want, you can use cubes.
Divide each pork loin slice in half, and fill it with a sage leaf and a little pancetta.
Roll up the half pork loin slice on itself and then wrap it in pancetta slices.
Proceed in the same way until all the ingredients for the rolls are used up.
Place 3 rolls on each skewer.
Place the skewers of air fryer pork rolls in the air fryer and cook at 383°F (195°C) for 12 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through cooking.
Serve the air fryer pork rolls hot.
Storage
The air fryer pork rolls can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
