Baked Chicken Wings

Baked chicken wings are a really tasty and very easy-to-prepare main dish, different in cooking from Air Fryer Chicken Wings, and also different in taste because I seasoned the baked chicken wings with a mix of breadcrumbs and herbs that make them delicious and super crispy!

Baked chicken wings are perfect to serve at a dinner with friends, they can also be prepared in advance and then reheated before serving. If you have small children who don’t like very spicy flavors, I recommend also preparing some Chicken Cutlets or Lemon Chicken Scallops, so everyone is satisfied and no one is left hungry.

Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • dried rosemary
  • dried garlic
  • curry
  • paprika
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Place the chicken wings in a bowl.

    Add the breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt.

  • Add all the flavors you prefer to get very tasty and flavorful baked chicken wings.

    I put dried rosemary, dried garlic, and paprika.

  • I also added a bit of curry and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

    Mix with your hands or with two spoons to distribute the seasoning over all the chicken wings.

  • Now place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, neatly, so that the wings cook evenly.

    Sprinkle the surface of the chicken wings with another drizzle of oil and bake everything in a fan oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.
