Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 7 tbsps milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 sheets gelatin
- milk chocolate

- 6 Molds for panna cotta
Preparation
Put the cream in a saucepan.
Add the milk and sugar and stir.
Put the saucepan on the stove and heat.
Fill a soup plate with cold water.
Soak the gelatin sheets. When the gelatin is soft, squeeze it and add it to the hot cream.
Stir to blend the ingredients.
Peel a banana, slice it and blend it with an immersion blender.
Add the banana puree to the hot cream.
Stir to combine everything, then distribute the mixture inside the molds or glasses.
When the panna cotta is at room temperature, place the molds in the fridge to set for at least 6 hours before serving.
Serve the banana panna cotta with melted milk chocolate.
Storage
The banana panna cotta keeps in the fridge for 3 days.
