If you like pancakes, don’t miss these recipes:

- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Cost: Economical
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 2
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All Seasons
Ingredients
- 7 oz milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- acacia honey
Steps
Crack the eggs, pour them into the bowl, and add the milk.
Mix with a hand whisk to best combine the two liquid ingredients.
Next, add the sifted flour and baking powder and continue to mix, always with a hand whisk, to obtain a smooth and lump-free mixture.
Add the blueberries to the batter and mix with the whisk or a spatula to distribute them evenly within the batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and when it’s hot, pour a spoonful of batter onto the base.
Let it cook for two minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the blueberry pancake over and finish cooking.
Place all the prepared pancakes on a plate, stacking them or not, and serve them with a generous drizzle of acacia honey. This will sweeten them naturally.
STORAGE
You can prepare the blueberry pancakes the night before for the morning, or store them in the refrigerator for up to two days.
