Chicken Thighs in Air Fryer

Chicken thighs in air fryer an incredibly easy main course to prepare and quick to cook, after trying out various main courses like sea bream in air fryer, chicken wings in air fryer and even desserts like muffins, stuffed apples and sides like bell peppers and carrots, I decided to try cooking chicken thighs in the air fryer because they are a dish I love so much, and if you remove the skin, it is a healthy and nutritious dish.

Ever since I got an air fryer, I’ve been experimenting with different preparations, not so much to get the “fried” effect, but to speed up cooking times and to dirty as little as possible!

Chicken thighs in the air fryer are delicious and perfect to serve with a side of potatoes or maybe shredded and served in a salad! Choose how to serve them, but try them because they are so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • rosemary
  • salt

Preparation

  • Remove any remaining feathers from the chicken thighs.

    Salt the chicken thighs on both sides and then massage them to flavor.

  • Place the chicken thighs inside the air fryer directly on the rack at the base.

    Add some garlic cloves and a few sprigs of rosemary to flavor the chicken.

    Start the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 30 minutes.

    Once ready, serve the chicken thighs immediately.

STORAGE

Store the chicken thighs in air fryer in the fridge, in an airtight food container, for up to 3 days.
