Turkey Roll in Air Fryer is a delicious, juicy, and very tender main course recipe! For this recipe, I used a turkey roll stuffed with cooked ham and cheese, already prepared by my trusted butcher, but I’ve promised myself to prepare it to show you how.
At home, I often use turkey meat, which I actually prefer over chicken meat. In fact, I have prepared BAKED TURKEY MEATBALLS, Turkey Scaloppine, and BAKED TURKEY THIGH, but you can obviously make the same recipe with a chicken roll.
Don’t miss my desserts cooked in the air fryer, like the Soft Cake in Air Fryer, the MUFFIN IN AIR FRYER, and the Orange Cake in Air Fryer.

Ingredients
- 1 turkey roll
- 1 cup white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation
Grease a baking dish that fits inside the air fryer basket.
Place the turkey roll inside the dish.
Brush the entire roll with oil and salt it, massaging it.
Place the dish with the turkey roll in the air fryer.
Cook the roll for 10 minutes at 374°F.
After the first 10 minutes of cooking, take the roll out and pour the white wine over it.
Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 45 minutes at 338°F.
Once cooked, remove the turkey roll from the oven, allow it to cool completely to cut it perfectly without risking the slices breaking, then heat it in its juices to serve.
Storage
The Turkey Roll in Air Fryer can be stored in the refrigerator for two days, closed in an airtight food container.
