How to make Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes

  • Place the chicken pieces directly on the baking sheet, then season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Now, wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into regular cubes of the same size.

  • Put the potatoes together with the chicken pieces in the pan, along with the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Season everything with the spices.

  • As a final step, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and bake at 375°F for about 40-45 minutes.
