Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed corn flour (toasted corn)
- 2 eggs
- as needed olive oil
- 2.5 oz cooked ham
- 2/3 cup béchamel
- 2 oz scamorza cheese

Steps
In a pot, pour the milk and butter with a pinch of salt. When boiling, remove the pot from the heat and pour in the sifted flour while stirring vigorously until a ball is formed.
Pour the mixture onto a work surface or into a bowl and let it cool. Meanwhile, cut the cooked ham and the scamorza cheese into cubes.
After the resting time, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch and cut out many discs with a pastry cutter or a cup, fill them with cooked ham and cheese, and fold them to form a half-moon.
Dip the panzerotti in the beaten egg and then in the corn flour, then transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake in a fan oven at 356°F for 12-15 minutes, remove from the oven, and serve hot and crispy.
Storage
