Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 5 oz cooked ham
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 1/2 oz scamorza cheese
  • 5 oz mozzarella cheese
  • as needed breadcrumb (for the baking dish)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Baking Dish

Steps

  • Start by cooking the rice in salted boiling water, then drain it, dress it with a drizzle of oil, and let it cool slightly.

  • Then transfer the rice to a bowl and add the diced cooked ham and scamorza cheese.

  • Also add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix.
