The beef stew with potatoes is an easy and tasty main course. Besides being a truly genuine recipe, it is comfort food with a rich flavor and tender texture. To prepare it, I have my kitchen helper: Il Mio Brodo STAR – Beef, made using only 100% natural ingredients to enjoy the authentic pleasure of a broth as good as homemade.
Did you know that it’s perfect for soups, risottos, fresh and stuffed pasta? I always keep a good stock at home, even for last-minute recipes that are finger-licking good.

How to Make Beef Stew with Potatoes
Start by peeling the potatoes, then cut them into cubes of the same size.
Do the same with the carrots, then slice the onions not too thinly.
Coat the beef in flour and place it in a baking dish, then add all the vegetables, the tomato pulp, the vegetable broth, and season with a pinch of salt.
Give it a good stir and bake everything in a fan-assisted oven at 356°F for about 35-40 minutes.
Once cooking time is up, serve your beef stew with vegetables hot!
Storage and Tips for Beef Stew with Potatoes
It can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days at most. If you prefer, you can replace potatoes with borettane onions.
