On Chicken Day, I made this amazing recipe. Nothing complicated, carrots and potatoes in a baking dish with chicken thighs, all flavored with beer. Unique goodness, try to believe!

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup g beer
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • as needed salt
  • as needed whole peppercorns

Steps

  • Peel carrots and potatoes, then cut them into not too large pieces.

  • Place the vegetables in a baking dish along with the chopped onion and chicken thighs.

  • Season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Finally, pour the beer.

  • Bake your beer chicken at 375°F in a fan oven for about 60 minutes.

Storage

Beer chicken can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container until the next day.

Tips

You can marinate the chicken the evening before, placing the bowl in the refrigerator. Continue the rest of the recipe in the same way.
